For greater clarity, references to the Site encompass both its website platform and its application. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) was created to let you know why we collect information from you and what we do with it. By using the Site, you consent to the following terms. Our payment card processors receive your name, payment information, contact information, and any other information necessary toprocess your transaction. Our email delivery providers receive your email address and user ID. Our website hosting partners receive your browsing information, including internet protocol address, web history, and other demographic and internet usage information. We will also provide information necessary to our third party payment processors to prevent fraud or other harm occurring through our Site.
The Public
We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners, such as publishers, advertisers, or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our Service. Evstry will never disclose data which may personally identify you, outside the scope of the Services and the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, without your prior written consent.

The Site contains links to other websites. We cannot be responsible for their content or for private information that you may choose to share with them. Please note: Information you release directly to parties who provide services to Evstry, such as any vendors who advertise on the Evstry website, may be subject to different rules of use or disclosure. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing personal information to third parties.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or of a portion of our assets, we reserve the right to transfer the control of your data as part of that transaction. Where possible, we will notify you via email should this occur, and a there will be a notice on the Site of any change of this likeness.
How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored for two (2) years from the date of upload.
You may be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period. Evstry may retain and use your information as necessary for legal matters. Consistent with these requirements, we will endeavour to delete your information as soon as possible. In the event that you request information for deletion which has been shared in an anonymized, aggregate format to a third party, Evstry shall endeavour to take such reasonable steps as it determines in its sole discretion to ensure that your information is deleted by the third party in a timely manner.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
In order to protect your security, we use one of the strongest available browser encryptions and store all of our data on Canadian servers using Amazon Web Services.

Evstry provides its services primarily to Canadian markets, and ensures its compliance with all applicable privacy legislation, including but not limited to, the secure storage of user data, disclosing the collection and use of its user data, and only using its users’ data for purposes associated with or ancillary to the Services.
Modifications
This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
