Evstry charges $2.99 per paid ticket, plus Stripe payment processing of 2.9% + $0.30. Free events have no platform fee.
Yes. When creating your event, you can choose to either pass the ticketing and processing fees on to guests or absorb the fees yourself so guests pay exactly the ticket price you set.
When setting up your account, you’ll either create a Stripe account or connect an existing Stripe account to Evstry. All ticket payments are processed by Stripe and deposited directly into your connected bank account on a daily payout schedule, subject to Stripe’s standard settlement timelines.
You set the refund policy for your event. Guests can submit a refund request, and you can review and manage requests from your host dashboard.
Log in to Evstry and select Check In Guests. This opens the scanning tools so you can scan guest QR codes and check attendees in as they arrive.
