Refund Policy

Effective date: 1st day of January, 2025

At Evstry Inc., we strive to provide a seamless and secure digital cash gifting experience. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for transactions processed through our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Events Hosted on Evstry

For ticketed events hosted on Evstry, refunds are subject to the event host’s policies. If you require a refund, please contact the event host directly. Evstry does not process refunds unless explicitly stated by the host. 

1.2 Cash Gifts Sent via Evstry

If you have sent a cash gift and wish to inquire about a refund, please email hello@evstry.com within 30 days of the transaction. Include the following details in your request: 

1. Sender’s First Name 
2. Sender’s Last Name 
3. Sender’s Email Address 
4. Recipient’s Email Address 
5. Date of Transaction 

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to transaction status, recipient withdrawal status, and other relevant factors.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds are not guaranteed and may not be processed if: 

1. The recipient has already withdrawn or accessed the gifted funds. 
2. The request is made beyond the 30-day refund window. 
3. The transaction is flagged as fraudulent or in violation of Evstry’s Terms of Service.

3. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
